whoever commented to get the 30 day trial on audible THANK YOU!!! im not even halfway through but i’ve enjoyed this book so much. the audiobook narration in this book is fantastic and ray porters voice just,, scratches an itch in my brain. also love the speed he reads at. not too fast but not too slow either. always a great read when the movie actually stays true to its adaptation and the story is so so good. definitely gonna get back into reading more after this big believer in audiobooks are books too because my brain just loves to skip over whole paragraphs while reading??? annoying as hell but i have really enjoyed listening to audiobooks lately. edit: do NOT agree with the authors take of his books not being political bc wrf… it literally is??? but whatever i guess. thanks ryan gosling for writing this book!!!
