My gut microbiome must be FUCKED UP, the way it feels like someone punched me in my left rib after consuming completely normal foods. I’m pretty sure I have gastritis 😊❤️ As someone who was practically born with IBS, my threshold for stomach pain and discomfort is HIGH, but this has been something else entirely. Now I’m stood here doing one of my least favorite activities, which is cooking. Trynna make some gut healthy-ish food. With as little fat and quick carbs as possible (while still being enjoyable). If anyone has any tips or recipes, they’re very welcome <3 I’m currently marinating some tofu. I have also chopped some cabbage that I’m going to sautee and cubed some beets which I’m going to put in a roast veggie dip. The veggie dip is my attempt at a satifying snack for today’s episode of Perfect Crown, which is the only thing that’s keeping me going right now🥹🥹

STOMACH ACHE TWINS! i have no idea if i have anything like IBS though i’ve had gastritis before 0/10 do nottt recommend but almost ANYTHING i eat makes me regret it for hours after 😔😔 that looks so good though! hope you’re doing okay :(
