nothing beats watching movies when you have a shit ton of school works, an impending deadline and an early class the next day. i watched this one cuz it's been popping up on my feed. this is a perfect mix of drama and comedy and it perfectly showcases most filipino families: fun, crazy, dramatic, and super duper eventful ! as for the comedy part, what really got me was the parts where it's very obviously an improv based on the reaction of the co-actors. i always laughed watching Alessandra de Rossi's reaction to the improvs the most. i also love how subtlely witty the jokes were (which you'd only get if u were a native/cultured filipino speaker btw). my favorite lines were mostly from Josie (the 2nd sibling) because it was just so natural and seamless you'd think you're watching it happen irl. as for their dynamic, i always forget that they weren't siblings in real life while watching the show. that's how good they were! they bounce off of each other so effortlessly. was so surprised with a lot of comedian's cameo, especially empoy's but theirs was meh, but maybe it's because i have already been spoiled and a lot was happening already. maybe that's why there performances fell flat. they tackled a lot of semi-controversial shit in here which is also good cuz at least im not watching it in vain. AND THE FUCKASS CREDITDSSSS !!!!!!

hey yall 👋🤪 how yall doinnn?? so, to update yall on thinngs; i just got back to school last month (it hasn't even been a month if it's according to our school calendar) but im already failing miserabley. i mean, mentally im failing (which also manifest to my behavior and can literally ruin my whole ass academics). i lichrally don't have the motivation to study shitttt... i have a lot of readings to catch up to but all i've been doing is doomscrolling. i will only study if it's a few hours before the class starts. which is not fucking ideal cuz i be reading other course's materials in another class' time, that's how bad it is. there're more phenomenon (pHEn0meNon?!‽‽) like this that's an indication of my failure but i'll tell yall in another time since im not really ready to be that vulnerable rn sew. but, yeah, that's some of the tales of mine. and this saturday (which is tomorrow in my timezone) i have an appointment with a psychiatrist to like gauge wtf is wrong wid me.

status: completed chapters: 65/65 tags: reading status: completed i finished reading this in a day! the story has an interesting premise. it's about two childhood friends and how they handled the distance that was put upon them when one of them left for abroad; how they handled the natural course of them growing apart and eventually losing communications. and in those years of estrangement , will the yearning & pining be enough to bring them back together? or with the bestfriend suddenly turning into a girl keep them at bay? (jk, but this could've potantially be a bl, too) it was gewd, altho they were kinda dragging the miscommunication to maybe reach the 65 chapters. this could've been completed in 40 chapters max. but it could still be read in one sitting so it's fine. though im kinda dissatisfied that it ended with an open ending. hope they relaese extra chapters.
