Here in your arms I found my paradise My only chance for happiness~~ I never expected that listening to the Bee Gees would make me see the world in a sweeter way than before. Amid all the loud, intense music, the Bee Gees arrive with gentleness. In a harsh world, they feel like a flower growing among rocky cliffs. I feel like their music has a unique charm of its own, and I really love that.

"Love is such a beautiful thing" I often say that I'm not a fan of romance, but there's something about the Bee Gees that always gets to me. I'm listening to this song right now, and it's incredibly sweet. It feels like a gentle comfort, quietly calming my nervous system and bringing me a sense of peace. And maybe someday I will relate to this song, maybe.

If memories fade, does love fade with them? After watching A Moment to Remember, I found myself learning about Alzheimer, and it terrified me. It is heartbreaking, painful, and deeply unsettling. You slowly lose everything from precious memories to the most basic parts of everyday life. You forget the people you love, you struggle to recognize yourself, and those around you are left grieving someone who is still physically there. We spend our lives learning, collecting knowledge, and creating memories with the people we cherish. We are told that memories are among the most valuable things we possess. Yet a disease like Alzheimer's can slowly take them away, piece by piece. Perhaps that is what makes it so frightening. It forces us to ask what remains when memory begins to disappear. If memories fade, does love fade with them? I don't know the answer. All I know is that this film left me with more questions than certainty and a profound sadness I still can't quite put into words.

"cause we're living in a world of fools" This song soothes my nervous system. I'm not sure whether it's the melody, the harmony, or the lyrics, but there's something deeply comforting about it. It's sweet, warm, soft, yet touched by a quiet anxiety, the kind that often comes with falling in love. Not me, of course; I'm just telling a story.

I've read this book before, and I'm reading it for a second time just to revisit some of its key ideas. But after five years of trying to live a minimalist lifestyle, I've realized that digital minimalism is the hardest part. It's even more difficult than letting go of physical possessions. Not because it's hard for me to delete or organize digital things, but because there's simply so much of it, and spending hours staring at a screen is mentally exhausting. I think this has become a personal task for me...to once again review and sort through the digital things in my life, slowly but surely. Digital decluttering isn't something I can finish in a day, but I believe that taking small steps consistently will eventually bring the same sense of peace and clarity that minimalism has given me in other areas of my life.

I've realized that the more consistently I exercise, the calmer I feel. The more I move my body, the more energetic I become. My mind is always thinking about something, but when I exercise, those thoughts seem to decrease by at least 50%. It feels incredibly peaceful. I think exercise is just as much about mental health as it is about physical health, maybe even more.

It may seem like a simple lifestyle choice, but minimalism has been surprisingly healing for me. The less I hold onto unnecessary possessions, the lighter my mind feels. Instead of constantly chasing more, I find comfort in having enough. Minimalism gives me space to breathe, think clearly, and focus on what truly matters. In many ways, it feels less like a trend and more like a reflection of who I am.

Just started reading this, so I don't have a review yet. I'll be back once I've finished it. Just leaving a note here for now.
