this movie was a vibe！ i wish it was a show instead because then it would have lasted longer (╥ _ ╥)

This sentence broke me. I don't think I've cried as much as I cried watching this series. Everything about this kdrama is absolutely beautiful. It isn't only about your first love but also your first heartbreak, growing up, facing hardships, working hard to chase your dreams, building meaningful friendships and enjoying your teenage years. The ending was absolutely heartbreaking but also realistic because life doesn't always work the way you want it to work. I loved all the characters and the summer vibe reminded me of Twinkling Watermelon (one of my favorites). I loved all 2521 songs!!!! Seungwan was my favorite character and it was sad because she deserved a better ending.

I ended up watching it after my friend kept praising this show so much. I just bawled my eyes out. I did NOT expect things to end like that 😭😭

I watched this thinking it was going to be similar to Perfect Blue but I'm glad to be proven wrong! It's very different from Perfect Blue but just as good. "Perfect Blue is a psychological horror about a Japanese idol (Mima) who retires from her pop-idol career to pursue a more serious career as an actress. It's about making it in the movie industry despite not being taken seriously as an ex pop-idol. Mima 's mental health starts to take a toll because of ongoing harassments from her "fan" and stalker, pressure from her director and screenwriter, exploitation by a photographer all coupled up with the sudden success of her former pop-idol group following her departure." Helter Skelter (written and directed by women) is a psychological drama about Lilico a japanese top model who is the envy of girls all across the country. It's a story about her dealing with her inevitable fall from grace. Lilico isn't exactly a nice person. In fact she's awful. She's extremely jealous, manipulative, a drug addict, obsessed with being beautiful, has a fear of being forgotten and an excessive desire to be admired. She's extremely flawed but that's also what makes her human and you can't help but cheer her on... It's sad how this movie is barely talked about! I'm still waiting for it get more recognition so I can watch all the edits and video essays analyzing the movie!! Helter Skelter is visually stunning and the actress who played the role of Lilico did a great job. I am obsessed with Lilico's appartment omfg ❤️ Helter Skelter is definitely not for everyone. It's a bit gory and has explicit scenes of nudity and sex.

The final destination franchise is so good!! This one and the 3rd one are my personal favorites. I love how each series has their own songs (⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎)

You can give me any food related shows and I'll eat that up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It was good but I wasn't a big fan of the ending 😭I wish she stayed in his world (with her dad somehow also getting transported).

In 1987, as martial law ends in Taiwan, Jia-han and Birdy fall in love amid family pressure, homophobia and social stigma. My review: I did tear up a bit at the phonebooth scene. I think this movie perfectly captures the experiences of the LGBT relationships in the 1980s where you couldn't express yourself freely without getting beaten up. This is going to be a hot take but I wasn't a fan of the pacing (I don't know how to explain it properly) I still can't get over the fact that this is a true story based on the director's life and what we saw when Birdy and Jia-chan (now adults) reunited never actually happened. It was something the director wished would have happened but didn't.

Little me would have loved this! Watching this unlocked a memory from my childhood that I had completely forgotten about： watching those kamikaze mvs as a kid

first time stanning a nugu group kinda nervous…… they're seriously so underrated though 😔😔 i am glad they're getting the recognition they deserve after boys 2 planet!! it just breaks my heart how there are so many other groups that aren't as well known, even if the members are insanely talented and hard working 😭 just because the idols didn't end up debuting under companies like the "big 3" !!! ( i couldn't add inhong and haseung since only 6 photos are allowed)

I'm finally going to watch season 3 but first I'll be rewatching season 1 and 2. Alice in borderland s3 seems promising so I'm really excited for it!
