I have at least 10 highlights in this book that go "eva is that you?" basically, a monk starts feeling dissatisfied with his life and goes on a journey to find his purpose, and comes to many realisations in conversation with a wild-built robot. more than the plot or the story, the thing that made me so wistful about this book is the world Chambers built here. a world that lovely would never be possible in the hellscape we see around us today. all the more reason I yearn for it then ig lol. also I NEEEEEED this as a game pls i BEG of you, allow me to explore the beautiful abandoned Hermitage too PLSSSSSS

did not expect to find such a gem hidden among the cascade of similar rofans. more importantly, why tf did the rofan turn into a fuckinh body horror??????? the emotions were palpable, the story has no or very rare plotholes, the humour is good, the romance between the leads makes sense, FL's trauma is handled well, I have no complaints at all, I am SO satisfied. ah childcare in the murim mhm give me more of that good shit. vvvv reminiscent of the baengri clan manhwa (have I reviewed that one yet?). so cute, so lovely, I fully support the power of love and friendship when it's done right lol. also, MC is a girl in case anyone was wondering after that cover image. the boy mentioned there is just her adorable lil baby brother (he's 6 and a big cutie). most importantly, SO MANY WOMENNNNNNN!!!! well, not that many, but still if you've read as many childcare isekai as I have, you'll know how rare that is. this manhwa def passes the bechdel test haha. it's also not overtly misogynistic, or at least I haven't noticed any such misogyny as is so visible in most other childcare manhwas with female MCs.

oh. my. god. my flabbers have been gasted. this was THAT good. fine maybe plot could have been a lil bit better but I need a truck full of more manhwa like this. (lots of technical terms follow, my apologies) in a nutshell, this is: shounen with an OP female MC. the concept was that of climbing the tower in modern-day Korea, but this was an RP instance set in a rofan. so I got the absolute best of both worlds, I was SO happy aaaaaaaaaa I seriously want more manhwa like these TT (unfortunately, I only have one ss from it)

as soon as my exam ended I stopped being able to read webtoons lmaoooooo still, I could finish this one. the plot was fun, the pacing was good, the humour was top-notch. it has quite a few unique points that you don't see in isekais often. most importantly, it has *drumroll* A BICKERING PAIR!!!!!!!!! I love couples who bicker sfm istg. I love leads with personality that is not confined to a singular object. this is an older webtoon apparently, one of the earlier isekais that flew under the radar cuz the trend at the time was that of dainty, weak FLs. found it on the Otome Isekai subreddit and when I tell you something of my best reads have come from that place. PS: if you do pick this up, do NOT give up till you reach the part where they punish the small fries involved in their forced marriage. the creativity level of that punishment literally changed my brain chemistry (though much of the change must have been cuz I laughed hard enough to have the resulting serotonin spill out my ears).

an extremely powerful introvert who got powerful cuz she'd rather work hard than get over her social anxiety? a girl after my own heart istg. this was so good and so fulfilling, I love my fave kids sm. very feel good anime, vibes are similar to Frieren. fantasy, academy, friendship tags. also Louis is so pretty (in image below). his wife is a baddie too, I lowkey want them to adopt me lol

I had so much fun reading this omggggggg yes, it is very reminiscent of Baby Tyrant but I've actually been looking for more manhwas that give me as much joy as that one so I'm vvvv happy about it. it's so funny and the plot is so interesting haha I love it. absolutely one of the best rofans I've read. the concept is funny (FL transmigrates, then freaks tf out cuz she's read so many rofans she has no idea which one she transmigrated into), the scenes are funny, the artstyle is funny. the best thing tho? the ML has an actual personality that's not just grumpy and cold for no reason!!!!!! AND BOTH LEADS HAVE SO MUCH CHEMISTRY???????!!!! man I'm SO happy i found and read this one haha. plot is also not bad, pretty similar to most other rofans but absolutely not bad at all. I do love it when good and bad mix and black and white don't always remain black and white. FL def gave me secondhand embarrassment those first few chps, which is an ick of mine, but I don't mind it if there's actual purpose to the thing, and what do you know, there was SO much purpose to every embarrassing scene she went through and it was always decked out in so much self-aware humour I couldn't drop it at all. I hated the concept initially, i despised it in fact. being forced into love by unknown bigshots sounds dystopian as hell. and as the ominous shot of Kate's next mission shows, some people should actually stay far far away from reproducing themselves. but now that I've finished this whole thing, i genuinely cannot help but love all the characters so so much. Anzu is SO cool, and I love my baby Tonta. I need to know who Kazuki's VA is, like cmon why does a high school kid have such a bone-penetrating voice aaaaaaaaaa. Riri has absolutely become my bestest babie rn I'd smooch them right back istg. I also like the inclusion of a genderless character like Riri. Kazuki's storyline was nerve-wracking tho. I was so scared by the whole notion, and I was only seeing it on-screen. I really had to sit back down and take deep calming breaths just to get back into a proper headspace after watching that part. Kazuki truly did deserve those hugs and so much more with everything that poor kid was going through.

spoiler alert: she does NOT forget her husband, though she does make a lot of money. and I get it, I wouldn't be able to forget him either if that was my husband lol. I usually don't rate rofans a full 5/5 since the stories are all so overlapping, but for this one I did because of how lovingly the characterisations in this manhwa have been done. each and every character has their own specific standout personality, not in a trope-y way but in a very real-life human being way. I've rarely ever seen side characters so loved by their creators in manhwas like this. it's also 100/10 funny, lots of 4th wall breaking humour images: 1. Tarcan's 3 wings. my new favourite manhwa characters (especially Mukali, the one with the short blond hair) 2, 3 and 4 - ML, Tarcan. 5. FL lying on ML's chest (that she thinks is bread) 6. FL being doted on by crazy doc Umir who just cut up a patient for an experiment

pain,,,,, so much pain,,, the realities of war are so poignantly illustrated in this webtoon that you wouldn't be able to put it down. it's so genuinely raw and painful. it's quite hard to despise anyone but it doesn't overdo that to the point of it getting unrealistic. there are no winners in war. but it also does not shy away from showing how it's human greed that causes war and that while entire nations suffer, those in power — the ones who kept the war burning, hardly care to see beyond their immediate wants and needs. i did not want to read it since it looked so from, but I'm glad I did. this is truly one heck of a masterpiece.

A prince follows around our MC like a lost puppy (or a circus audience more like lol, and I can't even blame him, he's so me) but wherever they go, the men just hang around while our MC demolishes everyone who pisses her off hahahahaahhahahahaha villainess anime + amazing comedy + mediaeval european setting = the recipe for my favourite kinda anime

1. Funny 1000000/10 2. Plot: Freaking AMAZING as it starts out, loses steam by the end. Krisha's "destiny" is touted as something so big but it ends up to be really anti-climactic. 3. Length: 80 eps + side stories. I think it was planned to be longer but they had to shorten it for some reason? or at least that's the vibe i got. 4. Characters: I love love LOVEEEEEE the side characters smmmm. Lian is my baby boi and his involvement in ANRA was one of the most hilarious character traits I've seen in manhwaverse. Poor Miruhi can never catch a break with both his Emperor and Empress being constant escapees lol. My fave is def Krisha (FL) tho. Bbg's always caught up with the weirdest incidents lmfaoooooo if there's an incident, you'll find Krisha at the crime scene somehow. Biggest con is ML. he's USELESS. we didn't even see him till like ep 50. and then somehow they get married within the next 30 chps. biggest reason why it felt like the manhwa was shortened. he adds nothing to her life. Eugene treated her so much better. irl ofc it'd have been okay, ppl's feelings are vvv unpredictable, but this is a romance manhwa, why aren't you showing us the romance between the main leads? 😭😭 the only romance I noticed was with Eugene instead da heck??
