hi, aku hari ini latihan full body wo! aku hari ini lagi merasa sangat mellow, entahlah kenapa tapi sedih aja. i cried during the workout. idk man.... i listen to the sad song while i weightlifing and i'm dead. 💀

Today I did upper body training at the gym, basically with proper warm-up and today there were some exercises that I just used again for the movements and the aftermath after the gym my arms were really THAT WEAK, even when I got home I was still really weak. So I did a pretty good workout because the warm-up was also proper, then at the end I had a treadmill for only 10 minutes, why so short? because it was going to rain, so I had to hurry home because I was afraid I would get caught in the rain later, so my shower and prayer were delayed and it would be uncomfortable later. Finally after the treadmill I immediately cooled down and went home.

jadi hari ini aku gym cuma abs day aja, latihan nya jug asebentar doang, terus aku tredmil 20menit, terus aku mandii deh dan keramasss pokoknya niatny emang pengen menggunakan fasilitas gym dengan semaksimal mungkin coyy. abis itu udah deh aku pulang. abis gym aku makaan ke bakso ikhsan, aku sih beli nya yamien yah, terus pas aku makan tuhBEUH NAH INI LAH YANG GWEJH INGINKAN selama ini, pokoknya spesifik yang ini🤤

So today I did lower body workout at the gym, I swear, I wanted to give up when I reached the 5th of 7 chores, but what can I do? I kept doing it until the end, bro, my parents didn't raise enoughrs and I finished it with pride and cooled down when my hip is damn thight (I'm in so much pain). I didn't do any treadmill today, I just WANT TO GO HOME RIGHT AWAY.

Terus yasudah sih, nothing special, i just did it like how i did it as usual. Terus langsung pulang dehhhh!!!! also i did tredmill for 20 mins at the end before coolin down🫣

Why am I going to the gym in shorts today? Oh, it's so hot!!! It's so hot. Today I did abs and relaxed because I was just lazy. After that, I finished with a 25-minute treadmill workout. It was fun.

Today I went to the gym for upper body training, stretching and cooling down as usual. It took me quite a long time today, almost 2 hours, and I'm satisfied with the results. I also went on the treadmill at the end, although only for 7 minutes. After that, I went home.

hari ini gym yah seperti biasa bos, aku hari ini gym latihan lower body dan AK STRESS KARENA AKU LELAH BGT. pengen udahan tpi I STILL FINISH IT GOOD LMAO.

Today I did a full body workout at the gym, I did it because I get tired for working out my lower body, so I decided to just do my full body chores instead, and as usual I did my treadmill for a while.

I'm going to the gym today and training BACK DAY! WHY? Because it's my bday and i'll do my fav ROUTINEEE it's BACK DAY😆 i did it better and i finished it with treadmill as usual, finished basically in 2 hours. It's so fun doing back day today, I don't have a big load today and I DID a PROPER warm up and cool down for my SAKE SHOULDER. i felt good.

Today I went to the gym and did some lower body training, since I had two days off and haven't done any lower body training yet. It turned out to be quite a lot of work today. My shoulder has gotten better, but my neck is a bit sore now because it's been pulled so I have to compress it constantly. I went to the gym in the morning because I have to go to campus in the afternoon, haha.

Today I finally went back to the gym after a long time without going to the gym because I was sick, I'm just getting better now, honestly I'm feeling a lot better but the flu is still really there. Today I did upper body training, trying to do upper body exercises again because my shoulder is better and I've been resting for almost 3 weeks. It feels really good, the weight is back to normal and I feel amazing, it doesn't hurt anymore but the warm-up and cool-down are still homework, so I have to be really safe so I don't get injured again.

hari ini aku gym nya masih abs day, belum berani buat latihan tangan mungkin minggu depan yah, i need recovery and time. hari ini gak beitu berat sih latihannya, habis selesai latihannya aku tredmill 30 menit karena aku bisa ahhaa dan masih banyak waktu so i just walk😗😗

Hari ini aku gym glutes day, it was DAMN HELL. It was hard day lmao but i finished it anyways, motivasi aku adalah buat beli eskrim yogurt tianlala HEHEHEH AND I DID BOUGHT IT after i finished my gym today. It was hugeeeee ass ice cream, but satisfied at the same time.

hi! today's workout is focused on abs, because what? i still need to let my shoulders recover and do the other part of my body. so today is the abs day, it went pretty well for 1hr n half. also at the end i did the treadmill for 20mins, then i cooldown, after that I WENT HOMEEEE fresssshhh😚✌️

Hi guys, yesterday I had therapy for my shoulder, today my body feels unwell because I haven't been to the gym for a long time :( so I bought another gym membership, and on the way to the gym, honestly I went to the gym in the afternoon after Asr prayer, then I only hit the lower body with 6 movements, originally 7 but at the end the machine was used by someone, I was lazy to wait, then I don't know why I was so fast at the gym, it seemed like I finished everything in less than 1 hour, I only did 6 because tomorrow I will also go to the gym again, because I have to fast from the upper body so I only focused on the lower body and the treadmill. Earlier I did the treadmill for 21 minutes then I cooled down with more proper stretching so that my shoulder recovery would be better too.

went to the gym and today is back day, my favvvvvvvvv. Actually, I was running out of ideas because it was afternoon and the equipment I wanted to use was already full. After that, I went home, cleaned up, ate, and got ready for tomorrow. After the gym, I didn't do anything, just read a book and listened to music hehehhehehe, loveee.

Today I went to the gym full body, so yeah, because I was lazy, I only went to the gym in the afternoon, like 2 o'clock, after the gym I went on the treadmill for a bit,

halo ges hari ini gym nya super duper neraka aiias aku glutes day, dan sumpah jujur aja ini aku lemes banget sampe pengen menyerah, but bangtan raised no bichis so i finish it all. aku lakukan semua gerakan walapun sambil menangis, i did it anyways.

I just went to the gym today, a full body workout, this is day 54 and I just did the chores and I didn't treadmill today because I was tired so I just went straight home.

Today I went to the gym with ABS DAY, wow tomorrow my stomach will be sore :)) and I ended it with a treadmill too well just for 20 mins because I just wanted to go home and wash my hair ueueu.

I went to the gym today and did upper body training, even though I was really lazy but I forced myself and ended up at the gym and I did all the choreos, I did well and I'll go again tomorrow😁

I decided to go to the gym today but I only lifted light weights, worked on abs and lat pull downs, and back. That's all there is to it at the gym, after that I did the treadmill for 40 minutes while reading stories hhshshs, anyways after that I went home :)

i hit BACK DAYYYY todayy and i feel pretty good. i think my stamina is doing great today, i didn't sweat that much honestly😗😗😗 yeah that's all for today and i hit DAY 50 TODAYY, SO HAPPY OMGGGG. i did skip tredmill for today because i need to go right away after my last rep :)

Today I did a full body gym!!! And I did pretty good today, very happy and relaxed. I went for 1.40 hours for today and went back home HAPPY also relaxed.

Today I had my glutes day at the gym, and I did it anyway, the performance was pretty good, not disappointing :))))

gym dengan menu full body hari ini, aku ternyata kalo tidak menggerakan bahu kayak rotation/lateral raise gapapa, jadi work nya itu di bagian punggung soalnya kemarin aku lat pulldown close grip aja aku gapapa sih, cuma memang bagian bahu belakang tuh sakit nya cukup sdsjdksjd stress tapi it's getting better now.

I'm back to the gym!! i went to the gym today as usual, nothing special well i just did my lower body since i need to take a break on working my upper body huft, and did the treadmill at the end of the day. I went to the gym this afternoon, around 1 o'clock.

Hehehe I did went to the gym for a full body day and went back home right away, I didn't buy anything with me when I got home😁. Also my right shoulder is hurt and I'm scared it might be an injury.

Today I had a back day and I finished it with a treadmill for 10 mins because I needed to go home asap, but I did it perfectly so no worries. But it left pain on my right shoulders ;(((

today is glutes day!! i'd rate this as 2/5 stars. it's bad lmao i'm tired as hell, it took about 2 hours time i spent at the gym today. i also felt weak becoz of my period, so yeah it's def weaker than i usually is🥲

another day another workout, it's shoulders day. i did a great job today i think, so proud of myself that i finished everything. but the moment i went to the treadmill i felt uncomfortable, turns out i got my period and i didn't bring any pads with me. so when i wanted to continue the treadmill session, i just gave up and went home instead. i wish i could do treadmill more today but yeah it is what it is.

today is my glutes day, i feel so WEAKK LMAO. I think it's because almost my red day so I feel weaker than ever, I wanted to give up after 5 movements, but at the end I still nailed it and did all of my workout menu. this is the reality of being a woman, everything is fluctuating

Hari ini aku gym latihan leg day, dengan kondisi paha aku masih sakit akibat leg day hari minggu. Walaupun aduh aduh tapi tetep selesai juga yah, sakitnya lumayan menyiksa.
